International visitors can enjoy onsite currency exchange at Travelex Worldwide Money Currency Exchange, located on Level Two near Macy’s. With Travelex, you can order currency online and conveniently pick it up on Level Two by Macy's in NorthPark Center. Travelex also offers foreign drafts, wire transfers, check collection services and calling cards.
International shoppers can receive refunds on Texas sales tax at TaxFree Shopping, Ltd. In 2014, TaxFree Shopping, Ltd. expanded its presence at NorthPark with a larger space, expanded hours, and upgraded concierge services including free Wi-Fi, computer docking stations, and complimentary refreshments.
Shoppers must present original receipts and items purchased with sales tags still attached from participating retail stores in Texas within 30 days of departing the United States. Passports, I-94s, visas (if issued) and flight information (if flying) are required for processing. Foreign language assistance is available.
