We are constantly buying new shoes for my children because they get worn out quickly or simply get too small.  The bright side is that it means we are always looking for cool new styles for those busy feet. Sneakers are by far the most versatile shoe and we tend to wear them no matter what the occasion – from sports games to school to church.  Here are a few styles that will put a little extra pep in their step from Puma, Foot Locker and Crocs at NorthPark Center.

One of the coolest new baby shoes on the market is actually a throwback to a style that began in the 60s and reemerged in the 80s with sports legends and rap stars. This suede warm-up shoe is perfect for future sports buffs, and available in a variety of fun and festive colors that work for both boys and girls. Easy to slip on and off, these retail for $35 from Puma at NorthPark Center.

For middle school girls looking to show off a sporty, yet feminine, style, check out these  new colorful Nike Air Max shoes.   As with all Nikes, you can be sure that this sneaker will offer one of the most comfortable fits on the market with soft cushioning and lightweight mesh.  Retails for just under $145 from Foot Locker at NorthPark Center.

My boys couldn’t live without their go-to Crocs sandal. It’s a wardrobe essential for spring break and summer activities. Beyond its famous clog style, Crocs also offers a great selection of sneakers and loafers for boys and girls.  New to the market is the Santa Cruz Canvas Loafer that is great for school or a playdate, and come in a variety of fun colors. Retails for just under $40 from Crocs at NorthPark Center.
