Many of us indulged in BBQ dishes and sweets over the fourth of July weekend. I don’t know about you, but I am certainly looking forward to getting back into my normal eating habits. Luckily, NorthPark Center has many healthy options and specifically you’ll find a number of menu items that are gluten free. Below are a few options from your favorite restaurants including Seasons 52, NM Café, Kona Grill and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro.
Seasons 52 has just released their summer menu that features a number of fresh, seasonal ingredients that are light and flavorful. One of the items on their gluten free menu is the caramelized grilled sea scallops. It’s paired with snap peas and tomatoes. You can view the rest of their new summer menu here.

Kona Grill may be known for their happy hours but you don’t have to sacrifice your eating regimen when you visit. They also have a dedicated gluten-free and vegetarian menu. The pan-seared ahi tuna is a great option. It is served with baby bok choy and a sweet-chilli sauce.
P.F. Changs has recently launched a new seasonal menu that you are sure to love. Included in this is the Chino-Latino Pineapple Port dish which is wok-fired tender pork in tamarind-chilli sauce with red bell pepper, corn, tomatoes and pineapple relish.
NM Café located inside of Neiman Marcus featuring upscale-casual cuisine served in a chic and modern atmosphere. Their “Go Figure” menu features low calorie and gluten free dishes that will still allow you to fit into those summer dresses. One of my favorites is the Bistro Salad: roasted all natural chicken, spinach, frisée, apples, sun-dried fruits, spiced pecans, blue cheese, and a light balsamic vinaigrette.
