It is officially springtime and Seasons 52 at NorthPark Center recently launched their new spring menu. What a perfect time to have lunch on their patio and enjoy one of their new cocktails. These are just a few dishes that made my mouth water.
Ahi Tuna Tartare: wasabi-avocado mousse, tropical salsa, Hawaiian sea salt crisps
Lump Crab Wedge: spring vegetables, zesty mustard dressing, yuzu vinaigrette
Grilled Spring Lamb Kefta: spiced ground lamb, Greek salsa, crumbled feta cheese, tzatziki sauce.
The wonderful staff at Seasons 52 is especially excited about the Grilled Spring Lamb Kefta because it is actually their Master Sommelier George Miliotes' family recipe. It's one of his life-long favorites, and sure to become one of yours as well.
Oak-Grilled Rack of Lamb: spring vegetables, yukon gold mashed potatoes, shallot jus
Strawberry-Coconut Skinny Martini: strawberry-infused prairie organic vodka, pineapple-coconut water & agave nectar
Butterscotch Budino: They also have a new mini dessert flavor! I usually order pecan pie but I may have a new favorite. Budino is a sweet, Italian custard or pudding. Seasons 52 has topped theirs with sweet caramel, a dollop of fresh sour cream Chantilly, and a pinch of Hawaiian black lava sea salt to enhance the caramel flavor.
