October is upon us and so is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! NorthPark Center is hosting the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure this Saturday, October 15. Not only with it be a celebratory walk/run, but a party for all participants. The fun continues throughout October, as NorthPark retailers show their support in a variety of ways. Shop the cause and see what your favorite stores are offering!


Ann Taylor/LOFT – During Breast Cancer Awareness season, Ann Taylor offers the Ann Taylor Cares and LOFT Cares Cards in store. Clients can purchase the card for $25 and receive a special discount every time they shop during the campaign. 90% of the purchase price of every card is donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.


Brighton Collectibles – Shop the Power of Pink and make a difference. For every Power of Pink item purchased, Brighton will make a donation to local and national charitites.


David Yurman – Purchase the Châtelaine Sterling silver bracelet with Pink Pearl and 20% of the purchase will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.


Drybar – For every bottle of limited edition Pink Mini Detox Dry Shampoo purchased in drybar or at Sephora, $1 will go to City of Hope.


Everything But Water – Keep Strong and Carry On! Everything But Water will donate 20% of the proceeds from an exclusive weekender bag to benefit Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBBC) a breast cancer support and education group.


Sam Edelman – From now until September 30, 2017, Sam Edelman will donate 20% of the price of each limited edition pink style to support Susan G. Komen.


Talbots – Get wrapped up in style. Purchase the Pink/Rum Raisin Blocked-Stripe Blanket Wrap and 20% of net proceeds will benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation in providing tools for early detection and education.


Tory Burch – For the month of October, Tory Burch is donating 20% from select pink items to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, up to a maximum of $35,000.
