A YEAR IN LANDSCAPING AT NORTHPARK CENTER
CenterPark Garden, NorthPark’s 1.4-acre greenspace, bursts with life each spring. The tulips here are among 40,000 planted at NorthPark every year, purchased from a local broker who brings them from Holland.
Bright yellow “Desert Gems” in perfect circles fill NorthPark’s signature white planters, a mainstay since it opened in 1965.
Eight types of pumpkins and gourds fill the hallways. The landscapers don’t discriminate on the size of the pumpkin–the selection ranges from 2,200 minis to 115 "Big Macs".
More than 25 blue spruce trees stand tall during the holidays. Dwarf Alberta spruce number in the 600s.
