Kendall and Kylie Visit PacSun

Almost a year after their last visit to NorthPark Center, Kendall and Kylie Jenner stopped by PacSun on Thursday, July 24 to greet fans and promote the launch of their new back-to-school collection. By 10AM, over 1000 fans had lined up to show their devotion and support for the young fashionistas. It quickly became clear that the girls don’t stand in the shadow of their older sisters (Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian), but have achieved celebrity status in their own right.

Their first collection with PacSun launched in February 2013, and the girls have been designing seasonal collections for the brand ever since. The line reflects Kendall and Kylie’s laid-back, California cool-girl aesthetic. There’s no shortage of cropped tops, high-waisted shorts, bohemian blouses and flared, 70s-inspired pants. The fabrics range from airy florals to intricate laces to utilitarian denim. “Kalifornia” – with a K, natch - is emblazoned on both a loose-fitting tank and a cropped sweatshirt.

If you’ve always wanted to emulate their style, PacSun makes it super easy and affordable. Kendall and Kylie wore pieces from the new collection to the event, of course, and I wanted to share the details! Our social media followers went crazy for Kylie’s ripped black jeans, and Kendall’s unique kimono makes a dramatic statement.

PacSun – Kendall and Kylie Maxi Kimono, $44.95. Kendall and Kylie High Rise Skinniest Jeans, $59.00.
