We often make the mistake of waiting until our skin is dry before adding much needed moisture. Now that the weather is finally turning cooler, it’s time to be proactive with our hydration. Don’t wait until your skin is rough and cracking. Start using body oils now. They make such a big difference in the way skin looks and feels. I like L’Occitane’s Almond Supple Skin Oil ($42). It contains more than 50% almond oil. It’s not heavy but, rather, feels very light on the skin. I like to mix a few drops of it with my moisturizer.

I also recommend L’Occitane’s Almond Shower Oil ($25). Once combined with water, the oil transforms into a light foam that gently cleanses the body. The oil gives added hydration and moisture to the skin. Not to mention the wonderful almond scent that lingers behind.
