On My Own Time is a visual and literary art competition and showcase that celebrates the talents and creative expressions of the North Texas workforce.
Each year, a variety of companies throughout Dallas-Fort Worth participate in On My Own Time by hosting in-house exhibitions featuring artwork by their employees. These exhibitions fill the workplace with a vibrancy that reflects the company’s culture. Expert jurors from the art community are then invited to review the work and select which pieces will be included in the regional show at NorthPark Center.
