On My Own Time is an employee arts showcase put together by NorthPark Center and Business Council for the Arts. On My Own Time (OMOT) is a region-wide employee arts competition that offers you the chance to share your literary and artistic talents, celebrating all your unique talents through a company-wide show! OMOT celebrates all mediums of art and encourages everyone to participate from beginners to experienced creators.
