By submitting your photographs, images, or other materials ("User Content") to NorthPark Management Company (“Company”) through website upload, you hereby grant to Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works, including for commercial purposes, from your User Content in any media now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation, on the Company's website, social media channels, marketing materials, and for promotional purposes. You understand and agree that this license is granted without any compensation or further obligation from Company to you. Company reserves the right to (a) review, edit, or remove User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason, without notice and (b) to choose for any reason whether or not to use any User Content on the Company's website, social media channels, marketing materials, or for any other purposes.
