Maggiano’s just released its fall menu with new seasonal dishes that include several favorite autumn flavors. Below are a few of my favorites.


Roasted Pear & Gorgonzola Bruschetta

This dish was available last fall and is back again by popular demand. The toasted crostinis are layered with prosciutto, arugula, gorgonzola cheese and drizzled with a balsamic honey glaze.


Butternut Squash Ravioli

This is another seasonal favorite that showcases a fall vegetable, butternut squash. The ravioli is cooked in brown butter and sage and is topped with sun-dried tomatoes, toasted hazelnuts and grated Parmesan cheese.


Pumpkin Tiramisu

For dessert you can enjoy a delicious tiramisu, but not just any tiramisu. This one features pumpkin! The dish is made with ladyfingers soaked in a house-made spiced syrup. The actual tiramisu is made with pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon. Finally, it is topped with hot fudge and house-made pumpkin seed brittle. Who could say no to that dish?
