Dallas seems to always dip into freezing temperatures every time January rolls around. Thermoball is the brand’s term for the quilted fabric shown in the jackets above. It’s a special, super lightweight material that keeps you warm in the cold and dry in the rain. Thermoball is as compressible as down, which means it’s easy to roll up and pack away for trips. It won’t bulk up your suitcase and is as light as a feather. The North Face’s new insulation technology features small clusters that trap and retain heat. The quilted pattern is also new, giving their outerwear a more feminine touch.
