This month, Tiffany & Co. launches a groundbreaking initiative in diamond traceability by sharing the full journey of individually resourced diamonds clocking in at 0.18 carats or larger. This is aligned with Tiffany's commitment to protecting the well-being of people and the planet.

Every Tiffany customer will learn the diamond's region or country of origin, and where it was cut, polished, graded, quality assured, and set in jewelry. All of this information is included on the Tiffany Diamond Certificate. 

Tiffany is unique among global luxury retailers in owning and operating five of its own diamond polishing workships around the world, where more than 1,500 artisans ensure that each cut of the diamond is obsessively considered to maximize brilliance, dispersion, and scintillation no matter the carat weight. 

With the upcoming holiday gifting season, Tiffany customers can feel good about their purchase, knowing the careful consideration taken to source each and every diamond available in the boutique.
