Texas Music & Arts Conservatory is a 4-week residential summer music camp run by The Salvation Army at Camp Hoblitzelle in Midlothian, TX. 70 students have daily classes in band, choir, dance, guitar, piano, and theater, while also developing skills beyond the music such as leadership, teamwork, creativity, communication, and conflict resolution. The Salvation Army is privileged to provide such a unique program to youth from all over Texas, providing a safe place during the summer where they can learn to express themselves in a positive way and build friendships that support them through the year.
