Local favorite Kate Weiser Chocolate specializes in new techniques and flavors to create unique desserts. After attending California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, moving to Dallas, and strengthening her skills at Stephan Pyles, Nobu and Chocolate Secrets, Weiser opened her first shop in Trinity Groves. Her Handpainted Chocolate Collection and artistic style quickly gained attention and excitement throughout the DFW metroplex.
